Data Deletion Request
Effective date: 31 August 2026
You can ask us to delete eligible personal information that ClinicSaarthi holds about you. Send your request by email to admin@clinicsaarthi.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
1. What to include in your request
Please include:
- Your name
- The mobile number you used with ClinicSaarthi
- The relevant clinic, if applicable
- A brief description of your request (for example, which information you want deleted)
2. How we handle your request
- We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, to protect against unauthorised deletion.
- Eligible requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
- Certain information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Where information is held by a participating clinic in its own records or clinical systems, we will let you know so you can contact the clinic directly.
