Terms of Service

Effective date: 31 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of ClinicSaarthi, an AI-powered administrative automation platform for clinics. By using the website, the clinic dashboard, or any ClinicSaarthi-powered call or message, you agree to these terms.

1. What ClinicSaarthi provides

ClinicSaarthi provides administrative automation for clinics, including:

  • Appointment booking
  • Doctor availability lookups
  • Appointment cancellation
  • Appointment rescheduling
  • Appointment reminders
  • Patient communications over voice and WhatsApp
  • Clinic information workflows (timings, location, services and other details configured by the clinic)

2. Not medical advice

ClinicSaarthi is a technology platform and not a healthcare provider. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medical advice or emergency medical services. Nothing produced by the platform should be treated as clinical guidance. Medical decisions remain between patients and qualified healthcare professionals. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or the nearest hospital directly.

3. Participating clinic responsibility

Each participating clinic is responsible for the information it configures, the services it offers, the appointments it accepts, the messages it sends, its staffing and its professional obligations. The clinic is also responsible for complying with applicable medical, consumer-protection, telecom and data-protection requirements. ClinicSaarthi acts on the clinic's instructions and does not control the clinical relationship between a clinic and its patients.

4. Appointment accuracy and availability

Appointment slots depend on the availability the clinic configures and maintains. A booking made through ClinicSaarthi is a request recorded against that availability, and a clinic may need to confirm, reschedule or cancel it. Patients should confirm important appointment details with the clinic. We do not guarantee that any specific doctor, slot or time will be honoured.

5. AI-assisted interactions and possible errors

Calls and messages may be handled by an AI-assisted assistant. AI systems can misunderstand speech, names, numbers, dates or intent, and may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete responses. Callers may ask to speak with a person, and calls can be escalated to clinic staff. You agree not to rely on automated responses for anything urgent, clinical or time-critical without confirming with the clinic.

6. Communications

By interacting with a clinic through ClinicSaarthi, you may receive service communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and clinic notices by call, SMS or WhatsApp. Where a clinic has enabled recording, calls may be recorded and transcribed. You may ask the clinic to stop sending non-essential messages, or reply with an opt-out keyword where supported.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, misleading or fraudulent
  • Impersonate another person, clinic or patient
  • Submit false appointment requests or spam the platform
  • Attempt to access accounts, data or dashboards you are not authorised to access
  • Probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • Use the service to distribute malware or to send unsolicited promotional messages

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where a security or abuse risk exists.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, telephony, messaging (including the WhatsApp Business Platform), calendar, workflow automation, AI and payment providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and interruptions or changes to those services may affect ClinicSaarthi.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, network problems and factors beyond our reasonable control may cause interruptions, delays or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClinicSaarthi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, missed appointments, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of eligible personal information through our data deletion page.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply.
